Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) Attestation

Period Of Validity

A police certificate may or may not have period of validity itself, and criteria for validity varies for each country. For example, Australia, recognizes police certificates for 12 months from their issue dates for both visa and citizenship applications, independent of any validity period noted on the certificates. As in many countries, it varies form country to country.

Application Form(Form No-2)

Police Clearance Certificate Can be applied by filling the Miscellaneous Application Form No. 2. The application form is available at the Passport Office. The filled-in application form should be signed by applicant as per Annexure ‘L’ and submitted in the passport office. However Only one set of application is necessary unless specified otherwise by the officer concerned officials.
